Cancellation Policy The student will always have the option of changing
program dates without charge. All refund requests must be received in writing.

For course withdrawals within 15 days of the course commencement date, there will be no refunds,
however, the student will be able to change dates. For course withdrawals 15 to 30 days prior to the
course commence date, there will be a 50% refund.
For course withdrawals prior to 30 days in advance,there will be a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
Course Schedule may be subject to
change. However, it is our general practice to make every effort not to cancel scheduled programs.
If a
change is inevitable, AcroTrain will make every effort to contact you prior to cancellation with
alternative options.
